Display of Flowers, Fruit, Vegetables and Handcrafts. The Show will be held
on Saturday 28th August 2010 at Balerno High School between 2 p.m. to 4.00
p.m. |

Easily reached by LRT Bus
44 or First Bus 44 ,from Edinburgh City Centre, which both stop opposite the
School. If coming by car follow the A70 Lanark Road out of Edinburgh. Parking
available on Show Day in School yard, or nearby Car Park. The district has
attractions such as Malleny Garden in Balerno
Malleny Garden is adjacent to Balerno High School and Garden and
Outdoor Sculpture Trails at Heriot Watt University. Pub lunches available
from the Riccarton Arms Currie or at Tanners in Juniper Green, and Miss
Bentley’s Tearoom, Juniper Green (opposite Iceland) The Grey Horse in Balerno Village now has a
small restaurant. Make a day it visit the attractions in the morning, have
lunch, then come on along to the Show in the afternoon. You will enjoy the
experience of a Traditional Village Show. |
